Scoping call (free)
A 30-minute conversation about what you're trying to do. No deck, no pitch. We'll tell you on the call whether we're a fit.

Discovery sprint (2 weeks)
Interviews with your team and a few of your customers, a clickable Figma prototype, and a written plan with a fixed price for the build. Roughly $12k flat.

Design (2–4 weeks)
Every screen the team will build, prototyped and reviewed. Engineering is invited from day one to keep things buildable.

Build (8–18 weeks)
Two-week sprints, weekly demos, a staging URL by week three. You'll never wonder what we're working on.

Launch & care
Phased rollout, monitoring, App Store / Play Store submission. Most clients move into a small monthly retainer for steady care after launch.
